Beginning in early 2016, the Vulgus design team launched a 4 month redesign of the New York Transit Museum's website with the goal of creating a superior user experience for site visitors.  Based on UX/IA best practices, our design aims to improve the organization of site contents, ease of navigation, and findability of desired information.  This site chronicles the story of our process as we moved through three separate phases, from initial assessments of the current site to investigating the needs and experiences of Museum users to the development of digital wireframes and a functioning prototype.
